There is a LOT of demand for officers but at the moment they tend to favour people from ethnic minorities so that they are "represented". Caucasians are put on 2 year waiting lists. What logic?

(For me, sometimes spelling really doesn't matter as long as one understands your meaning.)

Only as a detective inspector, forensics officer, or commissioner of police. Otherwise you appear to be over-qualified.
