Hi there,

I am a New Zealander currently in the UK on a Working Holiday visa and I plan to marry my girlfriend who is a German national and is is also living here with me. We are planning to have the wedding in the USA at the end of November.

Will I be able to apply for a 'Husbands, wives and partners' visa after we are married? And, if so, what is the best way for us to begin preparing for this?

Thanks in advance.

Hello, E.U member states citizens have the right to live and work in other member state countrys and their spouse will be also able to live with them. Check out the http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk website for U.K immigration matters.
