I am in a relationship that honestly is a little rocky right now. He isn't mean he just doesn't know how to treat a woman. Anyway, I dated this other guy on and off for almost two years (previously to meeting my current BF) but we were never official. We have maintained a good friendship and yesterday he told me that I am "the one, and only one for him"!!! AHHH!!! When I wanted that I didn't get it and now that I am in a relationship BAM it hits me in the face. They are both wonderful guys, different but wonderful. I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP.

Oh and FYI I am not the type to cheat EVER

Try telling both of them that the other guy said it to you and see what pans out. This could be kind of fun. If you don't want to see them fight over you so that someone gets hurt, be sure not to reveal who the other guy is.

My REAL advise... just because some guy who didn't originally work out before comes around and tells him you're the one, doesn't mean he's anymore mature than he was before. You're relationship might be rocky, but talk to your guy and tell him that. Maybe, just maybe, if given the chance, he might see that he's been taking you for granted and he'll teach himself to treat you better. But relationships are rocky by definition. It's not about how bad two people fight, it's about how well you work through those fights and stay together even when you don't like each other for a while.

As for the other guy, that's something you'll have to work out in your own heart. There's no way any of us no enough about this guy or you to help you make a decision. There are so many possible circumstances that could have been there when you two were together and when you broke up. You need to figure out how much you really like this guy you're with, and whether or not you're willing to sacrifice the relationship with him in order to simply give this other guy ANOTHER try (especially after he failed miserably the first time, apparently).

Good luck

that guy is only telling you that because you are now unavailable and that's straight goods. if you are unhappy with your current relationship, forget them both and find someone completely new. always remember your ex was your ex for a reason!

Just because you are his "one" doesnt make him yours. If your man does not know how to treat you better tell him to figure it out really quick or you are gone.
