yes- did you know 3 people need to have been seriously injured or killed by cars in that spot before a speed camera is put there. So they are basically a whole load of flowers tied to a lamp post. Annoying but doing a job I guess.

you're top - you are able to not take this photographs with none enhancing. So the respond is "NO". although, i don't evaluate that an extremely stable image (it quite is exciting, yet not very stable). It suffers from a crappy "photoshop" interest (extraordinarily around the sides of the butterfly). I have no concept what a crap MP digital camera is, yet i can assure you that my measly 3-megapixel digital camera could make a much greater effectual image than the only you published. you need to have taken this image with a crappy digital camera, cropped the butterfly to make it larger, and then blurred the historic past with photoshop (there's a particular function for this in CS3). as quickly as we are saying that it is the photographer, and not the digital camera or enhancing, we are speaking approximately stable photographs, not undesirable ones (like the only on your hyperlink). i think of I even have been very trustworthy in my answer. thank you for reading.

Yes. The only ones that say No are the dangerous b*****s who break the speed limit.

They are actually unconstitutional.
You can get out of paying the ticket by simply sending in a copy of your drivers license with the ticket. It will be dropped automatically. That is why the fine is so low and there are no points assessed. Cause they want people to think it is easier to just pay the damn thing.
See you have the right to face your accuser.... In this case your accuser is a camera. You can not subpoena a camera... So they automatically lose the case.

I hate them, but think about it. people know the speed limit on the road (usually) and by law if there are speed cameras it must be sign posted, they paint them bright yellow so you can see them a way off, so really who's fault is it if you get caught???
