You can't.
Just stay centered. Breathe. Treat others respectfully and kindly.
The rest will fall in place.

You really can't....at my school there is a lot of drama and we have this program called challenge day that all sophomores go to every year. It basically breaks down the barriers of stereotypes and lets people know how others react. It's very emotional and the drama goes away for about a week or two, but then starts back up. There is no sure way to end the drama. Sorry.

The only thing you can do is not join in. When people try to tell you some gossip then stop them and say you really don't want to hear them talking bad about others. Don't listen to it and don't spread it. You need to let others know that drama is beneath you. Treat all others with respect and accept their differences.

If everyone will put thier own gudges and personal feelings aside for other people, then this world will become a better place. I believe that people will care more about one another drama will end. If everyone will help and care about one another more than yourself, it will better. Look at these websites. They will tell you how too.

Enjoy it! It's mostly silly and rediculous. You'll miss it later. Trust me.
