Its so odd. Frankie and i last year were friends. We had a good year, joking at each other. But now, where in a different class. are we still friends? or are we strangers? I think we still r friends, cause frankie comes and sometimes talks to me. but now he won't. Why? Mitch talks to me too. sometimes. I want to be friends with Frankie, but does he? when ever we see each other, we cal each other, but thats it. the end. nothing else. maybe i'm his friend, maybe i'm not. if i go over and talk to him, it'll look EXTRA stupid, and desperate. what to do.....??.......

And, NO, its not love.

this happends when you split up (class wise) and I guess you better just let things go the way they go, there's no rule for how long or often you should talk to your old friends, you're still friends so there is no problem, go with the flow!

You'll soon learn the difference between friends and acquaintances. Truth is, Frankie is an acquiantance, not a friend. Maybe it's time to find some more people to talk to in the class you are in and who knows maybe you'll find a friend that you'll have always.

Sadly this is a part of life. There are people that will come and go in your life, and there are some who stay around. He may be gone for a while but may come back into your life later on

well...im having a similar problem with my friends....i play volleyball in the fall and i dont have any classes with them so spending time with alot of my friends is really complicated....i still think he is your friend i think that you just need to try and go out of your way to try to spend time with him and if he still shows no interest then i wouldnt waste your time and apparently he wasnt that good of a friend anyway....

I would say you are still friends. Just because you no longer have class together doesn't mean you can't be friends.
