I was thinkin they did..* I know they work you're upper thighs, but I was wonderin' if they did anything for your stomach..'cause I can feel it tightening* If not..are there any ways to work your abs other than sit-ups and crunches..cause I really have issues with those..lol* I can't do 'em right..lol* Thanks ya'll!!*

Let lifts are great for you abs if you do them right. Don't do crunches, do some planks, side planks, cable crunches sitting down, russian twists, etc.,etc...

Leg lifts mostly work your lower abs. If you do a crunch with the leg lift you'll get more of an upper and lower abdominal work out. Add a twist with the crunch and you'll get the muscles on your side, the obliques. Bridges will also work your abs. If you have a swiss ball or a physioball at home or at your gym there are a million ab exercises you can do with that. Other exercises include pelvic tilts, an exercise called "dead bugs", and going into a quadruped position lifting opposite leg and arm while holding your core tight. Pilates is great for your abdominal muscles too!

Kinda, and crunches dont work that well either, just buy ab lounge. Ab lounge middle is like 100 bucks, ab lunge xl is like 250 bucks, I got xl and its worth it. It works all your abs.

Best way to get an eight pack like me. seriously.

go to ***** sporting goods and get a work out ball. the biggest one you can find. sit on it like this guy and do 100 crunches..I had a six pack within a week.

Girls will just get a tight abdomen.

yes it will tone up your abs and behind just and well as your legs also do sit ups to tighten and tone in your abs

i recommend that you visit your local gym and sign up for arobic ab classes. they work.
