I am 37 too and suffer from the same thing in my knees and elbows. I tried lots of things but i didn't like taking tablets much. I found acupuncture works wonders. Its expensive at first but once you get over a course of about 10, my pain stayed away for months before i needed another 3 sessions.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.
If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.
Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.
And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.
I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.
It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.
Today, I want to do the same for you!

Try applying warm vinegar on the knee each night before going to bed. Keep your feet warm.
Take a white potatoes wash and peel skin only. place the skin in a water jar and pour quarter litter bottle water. Cover and leave it until following morning and drink it empty stomach. Do this for a month. After an hour you can eat normal breakfast. While doing this do not eat red meat eggs wine or any alcohol. Eat more grain and vegetables. It worked for me. I am sure it will work for you as long as you look after your in take.

I have the same problem and unfortunately there does not seem to be anything that eases the pain, we are too young for artificial knees and everything I have tried does not seem to work, I wish someone would come up with something to at least make it easier

I work in a pharmacy and a lot of our patients who have tried conventional medicine say a tablet made from new Zealand Green Lipped Muscle works wonders. You can get it in health food shops.
also glucosamine & chondroitin is said to be good for arthritis.

me too I am afraid. Hip, knees and one ankle. I came off the meds as I was really ill on them and so now I put up with the times when it really hurts - I find voltarol anti inflammatory pain killers really help. I have been advised to try taking green lipped muscle tablets as these apparently are very good for the joints.

me to was diagnosed with it ten years ago when I was thirty, never really hurt until about two weeks ago when my left knee started giving me presume you are talking about rheumatoid arthritis. Doctor told me at the time should take Glucosamine to improve my joints been forgetful lately forgot. If you are not taking Glucosamine do and regularly as well

No magic cures, sorry...try to keep active...it will help in the long run.
I've got arthritis in the fingers too, only 34...I think it's because I've broken so many of them playing rugby and cricket...
