Worrying about what's "in" isn't going to really help you pick a good cut and style for YOU personally...It's not always wise to try and follow the trends because we're all individual and unique...what looks good on one doesn't always look good on another.I did Cosmetology for awhile and saw plenty of people wanting the "in" do only to be totally dissatisfied with the results. You have to think about your face shape...how your eyes are set...how big or small your forehead is...Just find something that fits YOU no matter whether or not it's considered "in"...Good luck!

It really depends on the shape of your face (oval, oblong, square, triangle, etc.) more than what's in style. Not everyone can wear every hair style. I always try and stay away from drastic changes. You can always cut more and more, but if you cut it all off, you have to wait to grow it all back in. It's the same with layers and then wanting one length. As for the "in" style, a lot of people seem to think it's the very long straight or curly look from the 70's, parted down the middle. There are an awful lot of celebs that have grown their hair out now too. Then there's the use of extensions. You can wear it long for a while and then short again... I hope this helps! I'm in the same dilemma now because mine is very long and I'm getting too old to wear it this length (now that I FINALLY got it as long as I wanted)... Good Luck!

It truly does not count as long as that's a solid, properly styled decrease. human beings can look solid in very virtually any hair decrease, as long as its no longer a $3 haircut with no longer something in it yet shampoo. (needless to say, economic inconveniences seen. a minimum of a few form of attempt placed into appearances is important)

the "i just rolled out of bed" look is really in. of course that basically means shaggy and textured but not nearly as ridiculous as hair can look when you actually to roll out of bed. people are moving further away from the really really straight and thin look and more to a fuller look with waves. loose ponytails, blunt bangs, side swept bangs. I think updos are actually becoming more popular instead of long flowing hair. textured short cuts and bobs are also quite popular.

long, straight, layered hair w/ a side part with bangs that are cut from short to long until they reach your normal hair lentgh. (and PLEASE don't let them hang in front. looks dorky. push them to the SIDE of your face!!) and if you want to put it up, leave 2 short pieces of hair in the front behind your ears with the rest back in an UPSIDE DOWN bun. (<< so that hairs are sticking up from the bun.!!) now, you're stylin'!! jk
