I've had it for 15 and sympathize. I too get the hot toes, I am assuming your legs throb and thrash at night and it disrupts your sleep too?- it's painful. There are lots of options available to you, and in good faith and from experience will tell my experience on how to deal and maintain it. You can read all you want from web sites and books, there is a lot of false information or misguided / miscommunicated. I know this as fact. Now, because you suffer from the redness and your question relates to the feet pain, try some exercises with your toes. That's right, I said toes. Squeeze them tight and then release, do this every day. Now the other thing I must mention because one person answered this regarding a search, capsican cream will make a person breakout even more if they are allergic to cinnamon, that's the main ingredient. Lecithin thickens the blood and is not good if you have a heart condition; I have batted hypothyroidism for over 20 years and psoriasis is not a skin condition- please know that it is an immune system breakdown. The t-cell's don't regulate properly as normal ones do; they expedite every 12 hours, the normal is 48.It is also connected to fibromyalgia, which I have as well. If you have a lot of redness, I really recommend seeing your doctor and get a thyroid TSH test. The herb oregon grape root will cause you problems if you suffer from high blood pressure. If you should happen to follow any of my advice, I do wish you all the best of luck, I really do. You've made it this far, so you got nothing to lose. Sorry for the long answer hun. Good luck!

You don't say whether the psorisis is actually on your feet. If not, I don't think it's anything to do with your psorisis.
If it is on your feet, I suggest that you go to your gp and ask him/her to refer you to a skin specialist.
I've got psorisis and have been referred to a specialist in the past. They have a number of things they can try. I agree with the use of Dovabet, but over a long period it's best to rotate it with a non-steroidal cream to avoid "getting used to it".
Either way, I do recommend a skin specialist. Don't follow my example though - the reason I still have psorisis is because half the time I can't be arsed to use the bloody cream!

Hi Cherryd,
Just saw something last night while I was looking at another aspect of the web site. It's called the Magic Shower and there was a testimonial about psorisis relief after 45 years. Let me know if you happen to invest in this relief and that's what you get!

Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/2rUcg
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.

I also have psoriasis and have been doing research on this very question. Here's a bunch of suggestions found on "natural remedy" type websites. I have not yet tried any of them, so I can't vouch for anything:
1. There's an extract of bark from the Oregon grape marketed under the brand name "M-Folia"
2. Aloe (studies show mixed results)
3. Capsaicin cream
4. Fish oil (mixed results)
5. Nicacin
6. Sea water
7. Vitamin D / sun exposure
8. Herbs: nettle leaves, silymarin, sarsparilla
9. Lecithin.
Good luck. And if any of this works for you, please let me know.

Try this site http://www.avena.co.uk/. They are natural and excellent. I have plantus facillitus and their products help after using countless conventional meds. They do a rub on oil, plus oil, cream and shampoo for psoriasis and I've just got some for my Mother. Worth a look at

If in the UK get Dovobet prescribed, it's excellent. If you go to a consultant ask for Acetretin or Methotrexate but only if your liver is in good nick and you cut down your drinking of alcohol.
