whats the best exercise for this? i know crunches and side crunches but what else?? thanks

well im not fat! thanks and i work out every other day for 45 min to an hour doing cardio and light weights. i eat hardley anything but all healthy! No fast food no soda limited fat. Im healthy id just like to tone up my stomach and sides

it aint gonna happen, you are porky for a reason and that reason is that you have a lifestyle which is not condusive to flat abs.

Losing weight (fat) is the best way to do this. Abs are 70% Stomach Fat, 30% Muscle.

telling you right now> Do not go on a diet. After the diet u eat twicw as more and twicw as frustrated. Eat light and try to excercise whenever u get the chance just dont overdue it!!(+dont go on those protein shakes or any pills beacuse they wont do u any good either)!!!

PILATES! It can work wonders for those areas because it's an exercise totally focused on developing your "core" muscles (stomach muscles).

high protein diet...dont' eat heavy foods...5 sets of sit ups a day 100 at a time. troughout the day
