Thaw in fridge or under cold water. Slice back of shell lengthwise & loosen meat but do not remove from shell. Brush with garlic butter & place on grill 5 - 8 minutes or til done ( meat will turn white when done - Don't overcook though or they will be tough ) I usually serve with a nice grilled Ribeye & fresh tossed salad along with homemade garlic bread & extra butter for dipping.....Enjoy!!

We steam our lobster and crab, in the shell. Even from a frozen state. While they're steaming, melt a stick of butter with the juice of at least half a lemon and a heaping spoonful of minced garlic and let that all melt together. Use the back edge of a knife to crack the shells, and dig in!
And save the shells in the fridge, and make seafood stock the next day. Makes excellent soup.

You could try:
1) Lobster Salad.
Boil and remove flesh. Next, tear lobster flesh into strips and mix with seasonal vegetables or fruits (e.g. mango, pear, apples, oranges). Then, add mayo, salt & pepper to taste.
2) Baked Lobster
Half the lobster and season lightly with salt & pepper. Next brush some olive oil on lobster. Then, add parmesan cheese and put in oven to bake.
3) Stir-fried Lobster
Cut lobster into quarters. Next season with sesame seed oil, corn flour, salt, pepper & light soya sauce. Next, heat pot with peanut oil & deep fry the lobster and drain of oil. Then stir-fry some seasonal vegetables with oyster sauce and add in lobster on top of vegetables to serve.
Cheers...n happy cooking
