about a month ago i had my hair done and loved it! i must've been going thru a dark hair phase last week and decided to use a non-permanent hair dye( medium brown) however, it turned out to be REALLY dark brown and i hate it. I've washed my hair alot since then hoping the color would fade or eventually wash out,but it hasn't at all. How long should i wait to dye it? and what color should i get? do you think its even worth it for me to do it myself? or should i go the the salon?The color i want is like jennifer anistons or even a little darker...that was my color before i ruined it. thanks for your help!

You can try again by self but i would go to salon, do not bleach it

i would just wait a little bit and re-dye it the color that you want. i wouldn't bleach it. remember if you go to a salon and still don't get the color you want you'll be even more upset, but if you're willing to spend the money, go for it.

You dyed your hair with temp dye, so I wouldn't worry too much about long-term... it will fade. After 2 weeks, you can re-dye your hair, and choose one shade lighter than the color you want.
I wouldn't waste money at a salon, where they WILL strip your hair down, causing damage. It's a temp. color, just do it yourself. And don't bleach it out. This is damaging too.

I would go to a salon, it doesn't have to be exspensive although getting your hair dyed usually is. but anyway at the salon they have so many color samples u can choose from to get ur hair dyed, at the store they have a very limited selection and when u do it yourself, um...ya I did it omg don't...just go to a salon and get some advise for your sake like I did (It helped sooo much!!!)

Go to a professional to get your hair the color you want. She/he will strip it then color it what you wish it to be. After this treatment, you can go ahead and color it yourself when it comes time again.

this is what i did wash your hear in vinegar and lemon juice this only works with temporary hair dye

go directly to a pro, you have to lighten it at this point and doing it on your own can get some very scary results

Bleach it and re-color it. its the only way
