when i squeeze my nose some white things come out..they look disgusting...and like worms or somthing what is that

If you're talking about the inside, it may be mucus, which is healthy! Contrary to popular belief, it's beneficial because it is your lungs way of keeping it oxygenated. On the outside, and because you said it's white- it may be a whitehead. If that is the case, don't touch it! It can spread rapidly to other parts of the body, so wash your hands after using topical treatment. A hydroxy product, which basically is vitamin c should work fine. Never remove a whitehead forcibly; because in case of whiteheads the pore is not open. Forcibly removing a whitehead can damage the skin tissue and spread infection. - best advice; take a hot shower or fill up your sink with hot water, plug the stopper and cover your head with a towel. Breathe into it for at least 10-15 minutes. To maintain healthy skin, wash thoroughly with a ph balanced soap, Phisoderm is excellent- it's inexpensive and readily available.

White heads. There are face cleansing products available in the market. Choose the best brands and follow the instruction for use.

From inside your nose? Or outside? If it's inside then please stop and go get a doctor. If it's from the outside then it is blackheads or some other type of pimple thing.

its just blackheads, everyone has them. There is no way to get them to go away totally, but if you squeeze them they are less notice able
