has anyone ever tried it before and found it effective? obviously this would be in addition to eating in moderation and exercise. i've heard a lot lately of how effective accupunture can be for weight/fat loss and would love to hear some testimonials.

so far i've had a couple treatments. My blood pressure's gone down and i've got more energy for sure. i'm just curious to hear from other people who've done acupuncture and if they've had success losing weight

i think itis kind of a gimmick for weight loss. i think accupunture is for releasing pressure or chi gi or soethig like that. i would not confuse it with wieght loss. weight loss can only be done by eating helathly and exercising.

if you ar having some type of pain, then i woudl recommend accupunture for that.

dont waste your money on accupunture or pills or magic creams. be positive and have a good day
