Just about anything. It should've come with a little cook book. If you go to a book store and buy a cook book that was published by Rival, who make slow cookers, you'll have more recipes.
SLOPPY DOGS:
10 hot dogs, chopped inot 1 inch pieces
15 ounces chili beans
6 ounces tomato paste
1/4 cup ketchup
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 tsp mustard (yellow is best, but green and brown would be ok)
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 cup shredded cheese
hot dog or hamburger buns
Combine all of the above ingredients, except the cheese and buns, in a slow cooker. Thoroughly mix. Cover; cook on low for 8 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 4 to 4 hours. Ten minutes prior to the end of cooking, stir in the cheese to slighlty melt. serve on the buns. Makes 6 servings.

you can cook pot roast, beef stew and it takes about eight hours. It is a cetain type of beef with vegetables like potatoes, carrots, celerly mushrooms and then you make a gravy for it. you can cook it in the morning and leave it on all day and you can go to work and that you dont need to be home when its cooking that is the great part. but do not remove the lid of it until you are ready to cook since each time you do you make the food have to cook longer. Cookbooks have pot roast and that in it.
go to www.foodnetwork.com and type in potroast or any slow cooker meals.

Chilli, Stews, Chicken n Dumplings, Crock-Pot Classics by Banquet, you can even bake or fry chicken and put it in the cooker to let it get tender, Pot Roast w/ potatoes (what roast is left over you can make Pulled BBQ), you can basically make a meal in the cooker. Put it on in the morning on low or med. and by supper it's ready to eat.

put a nice sized roast in, a can of cream of onion soup mixed with 1/2 can of milk, pour over the roast. Cook all day, make some mashed potatoes, a vegetable, and you're done. The soup makes the gravy for you with the flavoring of the roast.
