Paracetemol is tylenol and if you read the bottle it is not exactly good for your stomach to start with so it is a terrible choice if you have an upset stomach to start with. Try a little ginger ale or sprite and if that doesn't work you can always try ematrol which is over the counter at a pharmacy.

Some people take paracetemol for a stomach ache because it a pain killer..So it might help you...

Paracetamol is probably the safest pain killer to take for stomach aches (and I am talking about an actual pain in your stomach, not just pain in the general stomach area) - aspirin and ibuprofen can both aggravate problems in the stomach

Seriously not you will end up sicker, Paracetamol will cause you to vomit. Take some cooled boiled lemonade or 7up or peppermint tea or peppermint cordial it'll do the trick, if its to 1 side and gets worse durin gthe night or you have a high temp get to a doctor or hospital quick it could be appendicitis

Certainly not, and I will say no more since a stomach
ache can be a symptom for so many things or nothing
at all. But Paracetamol is for other pains such as
arthritis, colds, headaches but can do harm to stomach.

If you have stomache try medicine containig Famotidine, Ranitidine, Omeprazole, this will work efficiently
use intestinal antiseptics as well if stomach ache is accompained with diarrhoea
Paracetamol wouldn't help

Depends if it's muscle ache or pain from within the stomach. Is it like stabbing pains or like you have eaten something dodgy? Use paracetamol for muscle aches and pains......
