go to your Dr and get them to write you a prescription for an aversion to sunlight. Or a sensitivity to sunlight....
That way you can get outta the ticket.

Now, I'm not from California but this is what it means to me. Here in NC when you get a ticket for tint, you can take the tint off and then you don't have to pay the ticket. What it means to me is that uncorrectable means that you can't just take the tint off that you actually have to go to court or pay the ticket. I would call the clerk of court and ask, they are usually the wealth of knowledge at any court house or even just call the police department, they will tell you.

well, lemme see, my officers would only cite window tint on a slow night, if they were training anothe rofficer or if they were looking for something, having the dark gives the officers PC to pull you over and look in your car. A Non correctable tix could mean that the car windows came from the factory that way, which can and does happen. Or it could mean that he has gotten tired of seeing you blatently ignoring previouse warnings and stuck it to ya!

Having tint is prohibited. in case you nevertheless have it, you'll proceed to get tickets, which definite, might want to be paid. Non-correctable in this context signifies that having it bumped off received't cancel the penalty, because it does with some small mechanical infraction.

it happens to me all the time, get ticket, and just send it in not guilty, now if u get the ticket back and u have to go to court, this is what u do...... take a picture of another car the same exact as yours, ( make sure the car dosent have tints!!!) bring the picture with you to court, show it to the prosecuter and say you removed the tint, the ticket will be dropped everytime TRUST ME
