Yes, you shpuld always use sunscreen with an spf of at least 15. Prevents against skin cancer, aging and other damage caused by the sun.

It might not be your favorite answer, but honestly everyone should use sunscreen daily.. no exceptions. Skin cancer is so easy to help prevent, and since we're going into winter no one is really going to think any less of you for not being tan.. Well, unless your friends are really harsh... :)

Personally, I think tanning beds are dangerous. Whenever you go outside you should be using sunscreen.

I don't know why yor face doesn't tan, but you should use sunscreen at all time because if you don't you could get skin cancer.

in portugal ,South Africa or Mexico ,it is essential that you use sun block .the sun today is far stronger than the sun 50 years ago

just leave your skin alone.. you'll probably save yourself from getting skin cancer.
but you should be wearing sun block everyday. like spf 15

definately. sunscreen prevents pre-mature aging and skin cancer. my cousin NEVER wore it and got skin cancer all over his face by the time he was 13 and had to get it removed- painfull price for his stupidity.

do you use any mositerizers that have spf in it?..cause that could be the problem. Otherwise, I don't see how your skin doesn't change.
