Thank you, that question has been weighing heavy on my mind,,,,,,,, I just found out, one lives less than 1/2 mile from me..........

I think people are doing things about it. But like any crime, it will always be there. Unfortunately it is not going to take just one person to make it go away. It is up to everyone to educate and help prevent further incidents. So really you shouldn't ask what it will take for someone to do something. You should be asking, "What is it that I can do?"

We already passed the Adam Walsh Child Protection Act of 2006. Nobody is ever happy.

You got me. I don't believe punishment is stiff enough, that is why they are not deterrred from these crimes.

I have written my lawmakers several times, as well as John Walsh and others. More people need to do the same until they hear us.
