Depending on how old you are:
Talk to her and ask her out, already having plans made if she says yes.
Have a friend of her's see if she's interested.
Write her a note, "check yes or no"

ok what you do iis you start a convercation with her and then once you feel confterble tell her you really like her ... for who she is and (not that she has a nice *** and big boobs and then) then you just ask if she wants to go out

Make it casual and somewhat vague. Don't let her know if it's a date or a friend thing. This way if you get shot down you can play it off.

first ask your friend to have a conversation with her and have him ask somewhere in ther if she likes you.she might not want to tell anyone but then he would say i promise i wont tell.if she does ten ask her out.

tell her you like her, say what in your heart, but also remember that if she says no , just act really cool about it and walk away but don't use any pick up lines, because she will think your a dog, and defiantly hate your guts!! UNLESS SHE LIKES TO HEAR PICK UP LINES. use them
