Here's one: Don't eat anything for 3 days, then on the 4th day eat something like a salad, don't pig out!

2)Start running every day, doesn't have to be much, like a mile to 2 miles, stop drinking soda, drink water, Eat healthier, and eat in smaller portions.

Or do what all the celebrities and supermodels do, start sniffing coke.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

Do you want to lose 10 pounds or do you want to lose inches? There's a huge difference.

Great motivators:

--Get an exercise buddy. Try tennis, walking, etc. You'll both keep each other on target.

--Froce yourself to do something each day. Even if it's just 30 minutes, it's something.

--Volunteer at an animal shelter. You'd be amazed at how great walking dogs can be for your health!

--Don't be obsessed with dieting. Eat in moderation and learn how to ENJOY food without overeating. Take your time to enjoy the flavor of the food.

--EAT BREAKFAST! In fact, eat a hearty breakfast. You are going to exert the most energy from breakfast to lunch, so why put in all your calories in the evening?

Well you can eat like healthy foods like fruits and veggies and go to the gym and work out or if not you could take a walk every day. Im not completely sure if you will lose 10 pounds but you will definetly lose 2-5.

Lots of cardio, cut out sugared drinks entirely (including juice)- This helped me lose 5 lbs almost immediately and I just replaced them with fruit which is easier for the body to break down anyway.

2 things i found that work well....give up any form of soda/pop, lots of empty crlories. Another way is to not eat meat for a week...try a "Live Food" diet, all fruits and veggies...make sure you include some beans in there for protien.

Here's your way to diet control.
1 Breakfast - 1 cup milk, i boiled egg. 1 fruit
Lunch - 1 bowl of greens.
Snack - 1 fruit
Exercise
Dinner - 1 Bread, Veggies, 1 chicken slice
Snack - 1 cup of milk

Go girl....this is the diet................

yours? 10 pounds in a month really is a lot...try calories in/calories out...ie: decrease your calorie intake..reduce portion sizes and pick food options wisely and increase your cardio output..if this is your wedding...congrats!..if not...have a great time at the party...
