I wouldn't say dieting, but cut out foods that will drain your energy like sodas and sweets. I'm going through this as well and the main thing is go get healthy and stay healthy. But, yeah definitely cut out sodas and drink a lot of water and green tea (with or without sugar). If you must have something sweet, indulge but do it once a week so you'll satisifying your craving but not giving into it. I keep pretzels and popcorn at my desk at work b/c they are good snack food for weight loss and also little baby carrots or apples. Exercise, even if you just walk around the block, get active and you will see some slamming results. Good luck to ya.

Look at it this way. The only diet that works is one that you stay on. You need to find someone or join a group (weight watchers) that will hold you to your word and keep you on track toward your target weight. First things first, why do you want to lose weight in the first place? Once you have defined your motivation you can start looking at the things around you that relate to losing weight. You can also identify the things that you don't like about your body, your eating habits or your lifestyle and make the appropriate adjustments. Remember only you are the most beautiful and most important of God's creations. Be grateful for what you've got and live happy.

I think the best way to lose weight is to try and stay healty. Park further from the store and walk. Instead of taking an elevatore run up the stairs. Instead of grabbing a candy bar eat a vegetable or cheese ro something healthy. If all else fails try the diets such as slim fast, jenny craig, and so on. If those don't work then you could always try lipo...which I don't think is the best thing and should be an ultimate last resort!!

don't eat allot of bread and if you do make sure it is a heavy dark whole grain, make your grains count, stick to veggies and fruits, you need a balanced healthy diet, cut your portions, stay active. DO NOT eat any empty calories like soda or even diet sodas, drink green tea instead. No candy or chips, no sweets at all. Heavy workouts can build muscle and actually make you gain pounds if your toning up. You need to shed fat and stay healthy at the same time, that's a fine line. Do not eliminate fat all together, your body needs it for digestion and soft skin and hair.
dietagenda.com is a great resource to track your calories and eating habits.

My friends and I came up with something eat the tiny dust particles floating around in the air ( to make it seem like we eat, but it's also funny to us at the same time. )

Anways..

Eat gum & drink water.

If you do feel the need to eat something chew it and spit it out.

And if you so happend swallow the food, throw it up as soon as possible.
