The answers that have come in I have already tried, I uninstalled the programme,deleted it from the search menu, run msnconfig but had go bacxk to the normal statup menu,ran cc cleaner,spybot,avg,reg mechanic and still no joy

Hardware conflict, yes. But a software conflict, never seen it. You must have a virus or some serious spyware. Tho, it sounds like you know what you're doing. Try re-booting and do the virus check again.

It would be helpful if you could give a link to the previous answers.

What is the programme that you uninstalled? What was the problem? Would it not load or did it load and then not run? What is you O/S, size of memory and hard disk size. Did you check the minimum system requirements ?

Software or hardware conflict? Software conflict could only happen if you run 2 pieces of software simultaneously. So, don't!
