One diet pill that I've found that helps suppress your appetite and give you energy is Adipex (Phentermine). You would have to go to your doctor to have it prescribed for you. If you take one pill in the morning, drink lots of water and exercise, there's no doubt the weight will come off!

One more thing....if you have a gym near that offers spinning classes, try it!! It will be HARD at first, but if you can't do the exercises on the bikes, just spin, non-stop.

I have lost 30lbs in 2 months by eating right and spinning. I know that's kind of fast, but if you're dedicated to what you're doing, it can be done. Also, AFTER you have reached your goal, MAINTAIN!! Good luck!

1. you are not extremely obese. (Extreme is well over 150 lbs too much weight for you height, gender, and genetics.)
2. You have to burn more calories than you in-taking. (Get off the flat side of you and start getting sweaty. over and over again.
3. If you are depressed, there will be little will power to fight the 'snackers' with. See a Dr. or clinic.
4. Stop looking at 100 lbs, look at 5 lbs at a time.
5. Pick some reason that means more to you than food or your poor self-image (you can become addicted to "poor me"), something that when you 'reach', you can automatically say, "No, I'd rather have ...."
6. It is more important that you like what you are 'inside' than out side.
7. Half the battle is facing that you need to do something before the weight does something worse to you.

Firstly ...you need to multiply your goal weight by 10 and that will be your caloric range for the day. one hour of excercise is very good , you must have a high endurance level and a healthy heart. so keep that same exercise and keep your caloric range in check. You have to burn 3,300 calories to lose 1 pound. One of the good things you have going is that you can exercise for so long and at a higher weight it means you are burning more calories in an hour than a woman weighing 140 pounds. Stay away from pills unless your doctor gives them to you. By the way if you multiply your current weight by 10 you will get your caloric range for maintaining your current weight. if you are exercising and you are not losing weight it is because your calorie intake is too high. You have to cut it to your goal weight caloric range and still exercise. If you do this I swear it will work. If it does not work than get your thyroid tested for hypothyroidism.

Prescription diet pills are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. Do Not Give Up on Yourself..... The more you weigh the longer it will take.. Diet pills do not work. Or they only work for a little while. You may want to try a home remedy to lose weight or a detox. I use this site for my natural remedies http://www.naturalremedies.blogspot.com

Taking diet pills can really only be done safely through your doctor.Everyones system is different and your doctor can tell you what is best. This is very hard to do ,but cutting back on all sweets and bread products will be a very good start. Most any floor or sugar products are really fattening. It is hard for me to do this because I dearly love bread and their products.BUT !! It can be done. Good Luck

no pill will do the work for you. you need to continue to eat clean and small, and get your cardio up.

Avant Labs makes some products (Leptigen line) to getyour leptin levels back in check, and that most certainly will help.

so will Melting Point from Designer Supplements, which is a fatty acid that will help.

BUT your cardio and diet must be in order.

Swap a bowl of pasta for any bowl of vegetables. You can conserve to 200 calories by lowering the starch and adding greens.
