My husband always erases the comments I leave him on myspace. Am I being irrational for being pissed off about it?

Keep in mind he only erases my comments.

I confronted him today about it and the reason he gave is because he has already read it and choses to delete them. Funny because like I said he only erases my comments.

Maybe he wants to appear single? You have every right to be mad.I would be telling my man no more my space because that would make me totally uncomfortable.

You guys are either having some relationship problems or you're about to. It seems like he's hiding something. He obviously has some issues going on. You guys should take the advice from others who've answered...chuck the myspace account.

Another idea....do you have a myspace account? Does he post comments? If you don't, get one. If/when he posts comments, erase only his. Give him a taste of his own medicine.

well...

me and my fiance have been together 3 years and we were both on myspace. it caused so much drama between us that he refused to even look at page anymore, and that eventually lead to him not even going on there anymore. I wasn't deleting his comments no, but I had other male friends on there that he didn't know therefore leaving him in an abyss of confusion and lonliness. But anyway when it comes to you and your husband I say that it is inappropriate for him to delete just YOUR comments, that is awful suspicious and since he is denying it without a reasonable reason then I suggest you both delete your accounts and stay away from myspace, as me and my fiance did. It causes problems in relationships unless you all have a page together. But as I said it is wrong and if you feel getting off of myspace is not the route, sit down and really explain to him how hurt and offended you are by this. If he doesn't respond "correctly" by this, then myspace may be the last of you all worries.

Wow- I thought myspace was for teenagers. Are you kidding that you and your husband mess around on myspace? I don't think you're being irrational for being pissed, but I think you both seem pretty immature for even bothering with a myspace space!

Do you comments say things that have the word husband in it or clearly showing he's in a committed relationship ?? If so then I would be concerned. He probably doesn't want everybody to know he's married.

I am not sure that you are unreasonable but you need to make it clear that you are feeling devalued by having only my comments removed.. then let it go...... let him know and he can act on it or not and of he doesn't think he is doing wrong then stop leaving him notes... see how long before he says something..

Maybe he doesn't want anyone else to see them? Try leaving your comments in a less public space -- like put them on a post it note and slap them on the frig, or on his shaving mirror, or on the garage door.

Well if my husband erased only my messages I left him on my space I would be upset to. I would have to wonder who is he hiding them from?

Maybe he doesn't want the women to know he's married or doesn't want that lovey doveyness all over his page but I think you have something to be pissed off about.
