Please don't listen to these other people....It absolutely DOES matter when you take your vitamins. Your digestive system works faster in the am then in the evening, so if you take them in the morning, you will not absorb all of the vitamins. The best time to take them is at dinner time, when your metabolism is moving slower. This gives your body a chance to digest and absorb much more of the vitamins so that you get the most benefit from them. It does not matter if you do it before or after a workout and it is NOT a matter of personal preference.

I wouldn't think you'd want to take them before a workout, as they take some time to digest and it wouldn't be good for your system to be trying to digest and absorb these while working out hard at the same time.
Just a matter of preference, I like to take mine at night before bed. This will be different with everyone, so you'll need to see what works best for your system.

There really is no best time, it is all a personal preference. I suggest that you take them with food. I personally spread mine out throughout the day. I take one with breakfast and one with my mid-afternoon snack. If I feel like I'm coming down with a cold I take an extra vitamin before I go to bed. But you need to find out what works best for you.

The best time to take them is after you eat. Vitamins taken onan empty stomach will make you nautious. Unless its a supplement that improves workout performance, taking vitamins prior to workout is not helpful.

When ever you take vitamins eat something too. It can be a little bit just to have something in your stomach ..
