its enough for all ur needs
convert avi,rm,mpg
to dvd format +u can edit video cilps cut unliked clips
joint 5,6 clips to make 1 clip
put special effects (3D)
audio editor is also there to make changes in audio

go here http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/ and download the software it will convert any film media to dvd and burn them to dvd discs all at once also you can put different formats in at the same time it will canvert them all to dvd and it should even up the sound up to

convert them seperately to dvd mpeg2 ... then use an authoring app .... you could use winavi to convert to mpeg2 then use tmpgenc dvd author to put them on a dvd and choose how they play or make a menu to access the seperate clips ... theres many ways to do it actually, depending on the filetype you start with and wat ur trying to achieve ... videohelp.com may have the answer ur looking for if i didnt help ...
