What programs can manage information scrolling on a plasma screen used as a digital announcement board?

I would like to find out how to incorporate video clips and scroll different programs on a remotely managed computer that serves as a plasma display board. Anyone have suggestion?

PowerPoint should be able to do it. Otherwise, Use Microsoft moviemaker to put a bunch of clips together and run it like an ad.
