my mother in law is diabetic and i would like to make this cake for her and i dont have a sugar free frosting recipe

This will not be a totally sugar free, however you can substitute baking splenda in for sugar. Not sure if it comes in a powdered sugar kind though, I know it comes in normal white sugar and brown sugar.

The baking splenda is 1/2 normal sugar 1/2 splenda. I've cooked with it myself and it's come out very well!
