If your a guy and only 5'1 125 isnt that bad but if you really want to lose weight make a diet plan for yourself that youlll stick to like monday eggs for beakfast wheat bread and banana for snack yada yada yada and then make a weekly fitness plan for your self like monday sit ups tuesday lunges etc. this should help you lose maybe 10-12 pounds a month each week you should lose 2 pounds.

That's not bad at all man. If you think your fat...Woahhh dude there are way more fat people then you! Well anyway yeah you can buy a bike or if you already have one ride around at any park near you or if it's safe then in your neighborhood, I do it all the time! Eat healthy is another thing, there's this food called veggie dogs, from "Morning Star Farms" and it says it's a corn dog on the label. Dude those are really good they taste exactly like a regular corn dog and its not even made out of a hot dog! It's made out of vegetables and it's very good for you. hey,how to lose weight is to run around the block or so everyday.Eat healthy like do not eat rice,chips,snacks and more fat products also don't eat fast-food! thing you should eat is: carrot's,broccoli any kind of vegetables,potatoes and low-fat yogurt.Just eat allot of healthy stuff.More how to lose weight is to train everyday go to a sport gym work out there buy some video tapes and work out.I hope i

take lots of walks walk to the store the park instead of taking the bus those last 5 blocks get off and walk get plenty of water and steamed veg less sugar and fat

You should also try to do cardio activities such as running.
