If your a guy and only 5'1 125 isnt that bad but if you really want to lose weight make a diet plan for yourself that youlll stick to like monday eggs for beakfast wheat bread and banana for snack yada yada yada and then make a weekly fitness plan for your self like monday sit ups tuesday lunges etc. this should help you lose maybe 10-12 pounds a month each week you should lose 2 pounds.

That's not bad at all man. If you think your fat...Woahhh dude there are way more fat people then you! Well anyway yeah you can buy a bike or if you already have one ride around at any park near you or if it's safe then in your neighborhood, I do it all the time! Eat healthy is another thing, there's this food called veggie dogs, from "Morning Star Farms" and it says it's a corn dog on the label. Dude those are really good they taste exactly like a regular corn dog and its not even made out of a hot dog! It's made out of vegetables and it's very good for you. take lots of walks walk to the store the park instead of taking the bus those last 5 blocks get off and walk get plenty of water and steamed veg less sugar and fat
