If you are asking is there an unforgivable sin the answer is yes, the unforgivable sin is grieving the Holy Spirit which means to reject the message of Jesus Christ. Once you accept Jesus you are no longer grieving the Holy Spirit. There are always 2nd chances until we take our last breath and meet Jesus face to face, then its to late, and the penalty is eternal separation from God, also known as hell.

The unforgivable sin is the sin that is not asked forgiveness for. That could be because the repentance was not granted to the person or something but, the assumption that your sin was too great for God's mercy is the one thing that cannot be forgiven. Only God knows the heart. If he knows that you even have potential to love him you can still be saved.

Okay, seriously then. I'm blasphemous, and unpunished; and I'm unrepentant too. I shall go into the fires if that is how it must be, I stand without fear from this man made construction of Gods image; and in my heart I feel that is the true blasphemy; that mortals would ever attempt to speak for God; and Gods will; that is unforgivable! Govern Yourself by that, Heretic!

Only blaspheme against the Holy Spirit is unforgivable and only God knows who is doing that, But I think, many people are definitely pushing it.

The only sins that cannot be forgiven, are of those who do not ask out of a heart full of repentance. God...is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come unto repentance. 2 Peter 3:9

Mark 3:28-30 (New International Version)

28I tell you the truth, all the sins and blasphemies of men will be forgiven them. 29But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin."

30He said this because they were saying, "He has an evil spirit."

Serious answer: If people don't believe in your God, or have a different concept of a higher power, you can label us however you want, because it does not matter. I think judging others and self-righteousness should be "a sin" but that's going to get me just as far as your fire and brimstone speel. NOWHERE

I think there were a few Jewish guys that asked Jesus the same thing about 2000 years ago. Won't you feel bad if the Christ child is already here and decided to surf the net today?

all kidding aside, yes The act of forgiveness is a human concept. Any being that could create our complex world would have an understanding that not everyone or thing is going to believe.

thats my take
