As stated, over and over; Nagasaki. But, the results from the two Bombs; Hiroshima & Nagasaki are still continuing today. Nuclear warfare should NOT be an option to war and the World should come together on this at least and ALL countries should disband this awesome power. It has the ability to destroy this World, and I mean DESTROY!!!!! :-(

Yes, Nagasaki, and probably, (though most likely, by mistake) on the Bikini atoll. I know lots of wildlife got seriously messed up! Also, when they tried to "re-settle" the people they'd kicked out for the tests (in the 1970's), bad things started happening and radiation levels were questioned. They issued this statement:
"Permanent resettlement of Bikini Island under the present radiological conditions without remedial measures is not recommended in view of the radiation doses that could potentially be received by inhabitants with a diet of entirely locally produced foodstuffs." (1)
After several possible remedies, including "soil scraping" (to replace radioactive soil) were discussed, it was concluded that relocation was a failure. That meant that MANY people before that had been exposed to teratogenic, if not lethal does, of radiation.

No big atomic or nuclear bombs( Active) were used after that.
However depleted uranium has been used in Iraq which is radioactive but not very active , as in it stays in your body or the environment for years before it can affect you.
Risks are:
Kidney problems, Increased risk of lung cancer, cancer, lukaemia( though lower risk than lung cancer), Erythema- it is difficult to draw conclusions of what more it can do
