hey, i was kinda in the same predicament. my current gf is not in my grade, and im not the most popular guy you'll meet (if popular at all) and she is really cute and really smart, and way too good for me, but all you have to do is find someone that you like and likes you back, good luck, this is something you don't find an instruction manual to. sorry. but when you find them, you'll know. hope something works out for you!

I know it's easier to say than do, but be as confident as you can. When I was in 9th grade, I did not have a boyfriend. I barely dated all through high school, and I think most of the reason is because I wasn't confident. That is something that comes with age, as well. However, as soon as I got to college I dated quality guys, and found an amazing, smart & attractive guy I've dated for 3 years. Just go outside your element and surround yourself with confident people.
Also! Something that might make you smile. All those popular people you know now, will most likely stay in the same town and not do much with their lives, because to them- being popular in HS is as good as it gets. YOU however, will probably go far because you're not constantly distracted by the drama & popularity contests. Just keep that in mind. :)

depends how old the guy is. i know it can be hard but just get to know him. maybe join the same club as him or something. thats the best way. if ur in a club already pick a guy from there. u know he has some of the same interest as u.
