Tiaras for your bridesmaids, a crown for both you and your new "king", Calla Lillies are beautiful flowers, and are very elegant. Get roses to be scattered all over wherever you will be walking. Have a horse and carriage outside with the driver dressed in the part, with the white wig and all.
Your dress can be elegant, but it must have volume. Do you want to go old royalty? The I would suggest a corset typed dress, in a champagne and deep red color. Get pearls to add to the ensemble.
Decorations could be fruit baskets adorned with flowers, table centerpieces could be a few Calla Lillies in a vase with water.
Have your invitations "sealed" with a wax "crest" and use golds or browns. Hope that helps!

I would go with the the color scheme Gold because gold is royalty, you could always use black as well gold and black look good together...so far as music opera is what a lot of royalty listen to so far a Bach, Beethoven, Chopin stuff along those lines flowers roses are great any color because they are beautiful .......
Look up royalty weddings on-line and you could get some more ideas from that....Good Luck.....

i think Purple and Gold would look great.... u can use a Deep Purple......
u can wear tiaras, have a very Queen/regal/princess type gown
have a lot of sparkle, embroidery on the dress
perhaps u can carry sceptors? or use that as some kind of theme, like party favors, etc
the DJ can dress like a court jester
have people carrying petals and drop them wherever u are supposed to walk
have a long cape, Purple w/ White/Gold fringe
perhaps u can have a quartet or live musicians playing w/ violins, etc
a harp player
good luck! :)

The colors deep purple and gold are considered royalty colors.
Empire-waisted dresses and velvet are also associated with royalty. Crowns, capes and a court jester would also be nice touches, too.

I went to a wedding that had a fairy-tale theme.
Instead of numbers for reception tables, you can have names of famous royalty, like "King Arthur's Table," "Beauty and the Beast," "Princess Di". Things like that.
Also, at this wedding, they had waiters come out carrying the trays and dancing while the song "Be Our Guest" played. It was VERY unique and nice.

Fleur the lis theme. Have this symbol printed on your invitations and decor.
Word your invitations with royale wording on it
Wear a tiara
Have monogramed cake with a crown cake topper
Intead of a main table, set a king and queen chairs
have your bride maids and grooms maid bow dow to you (if they are cool with it!)
Great theme. I hope that my ideas help. Congrats and good luck
