Swiming. Running. Cycling. These are the three best fat burning exercises and will help tone most areas. Try attending a circit training session as they will target all areas.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

Well let me say good for you on your weight loss. Now as far as the tummy goes having 2 c-sections myself its very hard to get a flat tummy after and c-section due to the muscles have been cut and they will never be the same as before. Just keep up the good work and be happy with the way you look.

Run and eat healthier if you to become skinnier, do sit ups if you want to get abs, etc. Really, you can find this information with a simple google search. Just search a part of your body you hate (legs, hips) with exercise and then do the exercise that comes in the search everyday for the rest of your life.

If you have stubborn belly fat, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises. During activities like swimming, rowing and walking, enough oxygen is supplied to the body to burn fat. Fat is burned from all over the body, including the stomach. Just keep doing what you've been doing. It's going to go away. The tummy is alwys the last thing to go!
