If you always fake it, then you'll never get off.
Unless you have trouble taking care of business, in which thats a whole separate problem in its own.

When I cant reach orgasm I just tell my wife, she don't mind at all.

I think it's wrong if it's somebody you plan on being with for a long time, because then you miss out. I think if you plan on being together for a while then you should work on it together to get it right!
Otherwise, if it's just a one night stand, then you should just let it go.
