go ahead an go out with him. He will dump you after you put out and she probably won't be your friend after high school any way.

Depends on how good a friend she is. She is probably saying yes to save face and fain indifference. If so, the moment you go out with him, your friendship will be over regardless of what she might have said. But if you know her well and are sure that she is being genuine and not faking the fact that she's over him, you're good to go.

To be perfectly honest, I think that you should not because that friend's yes could turn into something ugly later if things begin to get serious between the two of you. I might be better to just leave him as a friend...for now!

i have had this happen to me i really liked the guy but i did not hurt my friends feelings so i told the guy to wait and let me ask my friend. so go and ask her if its OK to go out with him if she says yes then go out with him but if you can tell she is sad don't and if she says no talk to her about it if it would hurt her feelings then don't but if she is just jealous then talk and see if she changes her mind but just talk to her before you answer him.
