I want to move to London as soon as possible, Getting a workpermit sounds really difficult. I have a degree in media and work at a newspaper, but I 'm willing to work doing somethingelse. Any advice on how to get a workpermit?

You don't apply for work permit yourself. Get a job and your employer will apply for work permit on your behalf

Don’t bother figures announced on the news last night stated “there has been a rise in the unemployment figures mainly due to an increase in population” this is caused by an increase of people coming to this country. Stay away we even have Americans over here claiming political asylum, stating that they are discriminated at home, the truth is that they have a better life over here on state handouts than they ever could in the US.
Basically you or any others are not needed or wanted we have enough qualified people over here, we do not need our unemployment figures to keep rising.

Either have sex with a politician or give him drugs or money then you will become a research assistant for one of the political parties that is what most Americans who come over here do

If your newspaper sends people overseas then you'd qualify for a visa if you can get them to post you to the UK.

I don't know...but I can assure you it will be a lot easier for you than it would be for me, as a Brit, getting one to work in the U.S
