Howabout, liver and bacon casserole with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
Use ox or lambs liver, place into a casserole dish. Add smoked bacon, 2 large sliced onions, a dash of tomato ketchup, oxo cube and a cup of water. Place in the microwave for 10 minutes.
Real cold weather food it is.
Whatever you do, don't buy a ready cooked chicken from the supermarket as they are reared really cruelly, pumped full of chemicals and antibiotics, killed inhumanely at only 8 weeks old. Have a look on my website to see how broiler chickens are reared.

Do some pasta, fry some mushrooms and bacon, grill a sausage or two, heat up some chopped tomatoes, mix the mushrooms and meat with the tomatoes, pour this mixture all over a dish of pasta, slice some mozarella onto the top, under the grill till it's brown, and bingo. Feast fit for a king.

Bet'cha don't know what to do with so many choices! At least I got some fresh ideas what to have..thanks!..Some choices seems more like lunch time ideas, but I love bratwurst sausages-they're blinding au naturale or with a sauce. The raspberry thang is yummy, but the baked alaska is my favourite....my mum used to make it every Christmas.....so in answer to your fab ? I would suggest anything that's quick n easy! This is mine-
Penne pasta, cooked-babycorn and asparagus.
Put in a large pan, chuck some butter on it and a load of flat leaf parsley-black pepper....blinding meal in minutes or-
Cooked penne pasta (again)-courgettes-mushrooms- red peppers-cherry tomatoes, chuck in oven dish with plenty of cheese........soooooooooooooo goooooooood! (and easy)!
Happy cooking and eating! :0)

why not try the dog the other person was asking about lol. No seriously it depends who and what you doing it for. If it for guests I would suggest duck with orange sauce with a side salad. Prawn cocktail to start and A light sweet to finish, how about baked alaska. If for yourself what wrong with bangers and mash with lots of baked beans.

Hi,
What about rindless pork chops cooked with onions and apples fried in a cider and cream sauce, served with cheesy mashed potatoes and peas.
For desert, how about meringue nests broken into pieces, fresh raspberries and whipped cream.
If you want the recipe for the pork chops, let me know and I will email it to you, its absolutely delicious.

How about chicken with onion, stuffing, roast potatoes and vegetables. If you haven't the time to slave over a hot stove you can buy a ready cooked chicken from Asda and a packet of frozen vegetables and potatoes you can place in a baking tin in a hot oven. Enjoy!
