I know some people say 6 weeks, 8 weeks, but I think my hair grows a lot faster than most people.

its not growing of your hair its just the expiry type thing, you have to wait 6 to 8 weeks or it could damage your hair badly.

High lights should only be done every three months. Hair grows half an inch a month,six inches a year.

human hair grows about an inch a month if you have dark natural hair and dye your hair light I recommend every 4 weeks but only the roots, if it is because it is a shade of red then i recommend you see a specialist because red washes out really quick and by trying to maintain it you will burn your hair...

My hair grows pretty fast too. I typically go in for a retouch when my roots are half and inch or an inch long, depending on my cash flow.
