For the kiwi fruit you can just peel off the outside skin and eat it like an apple or slice it into several bites.

I am not sure, but is may be against the law to do that...
but I guess it would be just like eating a chicken and how you would prepare a chicken from it running around the farm to it getting in the oven..same method of preparation
