I've just gotten my nose pierced, and i'm worried it'll get infected. The piercer didn't really give me any information about how to care for it. How do you clean it? i heard something about sea salt soaks...anything else i should know about caring for a nose pierce??

the person that talked about sea salt was intirely right but to prevent infection when you can't reach your sea salt try polysporin and turn it (with clean fingers) as often as you can. if somehow it still gets infected go to your doctor that can give you antibiotics...

yes sea salt soaks are the way to go.
make sure u NEVER use rubbing alohol, hydrogen pyroxide or any of that other crap.
Polysporin is okay to use too.
And make sure you dont touch it too much or else the skin around it will get very loose and u might find that your jewelry is sinking into your skin.
