Along the same kind of thought process, Why did God create man knowing full well how the human race was going to turn out?

Since when does, by your own will, stepping in front of a bus equate to the knowledge of what others will do to you because of who you are? The definition of suicide is the act or an instance of taking one's own life voluntarily and intentionally. Jesus neither took His life either voluntarily or intentionally. You know that someday you will die, does that mean because of this knowledge you are committing suicide, of course not. That is a foolish thing to believe. So the difference between you and Jesus is that He had more knowledge of His death than you. He knew why, when, where and how He was going to die. So in having that knowledge it means He is committing suicide? Of course not, that is just as foolish as thinking that because you know you will die someday you therefore can conclude that your death is a suicide.
Since you brought up the notion of being a martyr, then let's look at what that means. A martyr is a person who voluntarily suffers death as the penalty of witnessing to and refusing to renounce a religion or a person who sacrifices something of great value and especially life itself for the sake of principle. Even by your own words in describing Jesus death you have given the definition of what a martyr is, which is a person who VOLUNTARILY suffers death as the penalty.
So in regards to "Whoooops! Another fatal flaw in the bible!!" Do you want to restate that and maybe make it "another fatal flaw in your logic and reasoning"?

If you want really badly to find "flaws" in the Bible then you're going to find them whether they are there or not.
If you step in front of a bullet that would have killed another person, knowing that you would die, is that suicide? I don't think many people, unless they just really want to, would say that that is suicide; rather, that is "sacrifice." Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. That's what Christ did at Calvary.
Christ did not tear the flesh from his own bones with that wicked whip, man's sin took care of that.

You got it all figured out, whow you are smart. You really nailed Him this time didn't you...? Pat yourself on the back dude.
You can get as "legalistic" as you want it doesn't change the facts. Let's assume you are right, then what do you care if some of us "idiots" claim to believe in a false religion? There are numerous false religions in the world but I'll bet you never spend a minute trying to "prove" how they are wrong.
Am I wrong in that assumption? I doubt it. In fact, you probably have never spent any time investigating the Mormons, Muslims, Jehovah's witness, et al to see that you could do the same legalistic number on them as well. Now, I could be wrong, maybe you already have done that, but I doubt it. I think the fact that you and many others spend SO much time attacking the Christian religion actually gives us more credibility. Why not spend all your time attacking the mormons or the Muslims? Because those are false religions and you know it, if they were true you and your kind would spend all your time and energy attacking them, but you dont you persecute the Christians with your legalistic attacks. Thanks for helping me prove why Christianity is the true way to the kingdom of God. If you and your kind spent all your waking hours attacking buddhism like you do Christianity I would start to question my faith, but since you and your kind only attack Christians it makes me believe even more. Thanks anti-Christ (not the person but the spirit.)
The TRUTH is this, Christ died for our sins. He is a loving father who wants to give YOU every opportunity to get to heaven. If He weren't so patient and loving He would have destroyed this world long ago in judgement. And, oh by the way, suicide is not specifically spoken about in the Bible that I know of, but only "Thou shall not commit murder." However, I do get your grade school logic. If God knew beforehand, then it is suicide, because Christ is God in the human form, but this is a mystery that you can ask God about yourself.
Humble yourself before Him, ask for forgiveness of your sins and ask Jesus into your heart. Do it now! What is the worst that could happen? If I am wrong and you are right, then nothing will happen... BUT maybe just maybe... I know first hand the power of the Holy Spirit is REAL. Trust me. Just know, you have to humble yourself, have a contrite heart, enter into prayer in the right fashion and something will happen. It could be something obvious and over the top or just a whisper, but you have to listen, not demand.
I would also caution you to be so legalistic towards the Word of God, where actually will that get you? Why are doing that? Are you part of the anti-Christ? You set a trap for yourself and you don't see it. Some day the judgement of the Lord will be upon us and then it could be too late for you. Where will you spend eternity? If there is no heaven or hell, why even bother with this yahoo answers stuff, you only have a few years of existence, couldn't you find something better to do with your 50-70 years on earth. If there is no eternity shouldnt you be out seeking pleasure and not wasting your time on the internet? Are you part of the anti-Christ? I think maybe you might be.
He who is in me is greater than he who is in the world. Out.

apparently you didn't study.
It's not suicide and it's not a flaw.
stepping in front of a bus to take your own life is suicide, Chris'ts death on the cross is just death.
Jesus allowed Himself to be killed, He didn't kill Himself. There is a difference---figure it out. Jesus didn't fight back proving what the bible says about "not resisting an evil person" He even prayed for his murderers while He hung on the cross.
If you want to illogically compare the two then you can say another flaw, but if you rationally think about it, then you know the difference and are just showing a level of ignorance by saying such a thing.....
See Christ didn't just allow His death, He allowed people to kill Him. That makes it murder...

You really need to study your Bible and see what it is saying before you come in here and make statements that you can not back up in any way. From what you say I can tell you are just repeating something that some one else has said, that some one else told them, and the list goes on. However to answer you question. Christ did not kill Himself, nor did the people kill Him. He gave His Life so that all who believe in Him can go to Heaven when we die. No, He did not have to die on the Cross He could have let us all die and burn in a devil's hell, but His Love for us was so great that He told the Father, "I'll take their place". You should be grateful for this and except Him as you Savior, instead of trying to make fun of Him, if not one day you will be looking up from a devil's hell and wishing you could have one more chance to except Him.

Yours isn't a very unusual question. It in simple terms shows which you think of outdoors the field. Suicide is pronounced interior the Bible. it could join the Commandment of "You shall not dedicate homicide." although, the God I worship is a compassionate, loving God. If absolutely everyone seems to be pushed to suicide for even if reason, he/she is comforted by utilising God. I heavily doubt that the guy is given a on the instant value ticket to Hell. As for you being a Christian, that's fullyyt your organization.

Jesus didn't commit suicide, he had his own struggles in His last moments on the Mount of Olives. (see Luke22:42-44)
But all in all Christs' death was in God's plan to save mankind from eternal damnation. I see this as a proof of His love,at least for me personally. Also a part of God's plan was the resurrection of His Son. His life, death and resurrection served a higher purpose.

um no another flaw in another nonbelieving brain
Christ did not commit suicide he sacrificed himself. He sat there and slit his wrists on the cross it would be suicide. And I will go out on a limb and say 99% of people who commit suicide are not god fearing people they are self pitying people stressed out and not usually in a normal state of mind. So those who commit suicide were lost already, they were not born that way. Suicide does not make a martyr nor does random blasphemous questions make a genious. I will pray for you.
