Any of the restaurants in any of the Pointe Resorts have nice views. The Compass Room in downtown Phoenix rotates 360 degree's giving you the chance to see ALL of Phoenix. Just be careful when you go to the bathroom because only the dining floor rotates, the bathroom is located in the "stem" of the building and so when you leave your table and come back, your table probably moved somewhere else...It rotates VERY slowly so you won't get sick either! Hmm, also Mary Elaine's at the Phoenician. Top of the Rock at Westcort in the Buttes. All these places have great views AND are romantic. Good luck!

dont take her up on the top of the mountain, unless there is a road where you can drive back down. walking in the dark can be dangerous. and the masquitos are out. ouch!
take her to the hyatt compass room restaurant. its downtown phoenix. go to phoenix.hyatt.com and im sure you will like it. its a restaurant up on top of the hotel. its round and it spins all around. moves slowely. nice views of phoenix. the food is kinda expensive.
an idea: go and eat somewhere cheaper and then go up to that restaurant just for desert. you'll love it.
they accept walk ins but you might not find such a nice table.
or. you can go to the park and have a picnic. find a park that has a lake near by.
or go to old town scottsdale. loop 101 and indian school, i think. and find a nice restaurant there.
have fun

Try this one:
Elements at the Sanctuary
Camelback Mountain,
5700 E. McDonald Dr. (east of Tatum Blvd., west of Scottsdale Road), Paradise Valley, AZ 85253
480-607-2300
It on the old John Gardiner tennis ranch on Camelback, and has great views esp. at sunset. The food is good too. You'll need a reservation at leat on the weekend.

Well what may be the Ultimate View from a Phoenix restaurant.
should be Atop the Hyat in Phoenix.. with the Rotating Dinning area you can see a full 360 view from your table many stories above the ground.

I have a really neat idea for you!!! Why not create your own little restaurant where you can enjoy the view and it will be romantic!!!
Why not take your girlfriend up to the top of Camelback Mountain at Sunset, take a picnic basket with a nice meal and have dinner up at the top of the mountain at Sunset. That way, you can have a romantic dinner, spend some quality time together, Plus, you wont spend alot of money and you can enjoy the view of the city and valley below!!!!!!!!!!!

Lons at the Hermosa Inn is really nice.
My cousin got married there last weekend, we were inside but there was dining outside and it looked so romantic. I'd love to be taken on a date there or anywhere for that matter. GO TO LONS
It's in Paradise Valley.
