My breath stays fresh for only 3-4hours is this normal? how long does your breath usually stay fresh for?

I think it is normal that your breath stays fresh for only 3-4 hours... That's why everytime after we have our meals, we need to brush our teeth or at least use mouth wash... It will makes our breath/ mouth stays fresh again...

Mine doesn't stay fresh very long, due to allergies. Sugar-free gum and mints help a lot.

well depends what u mean by fresh....like not stinking??....or just not minty smelling?
If you have bad breath you might have a gum problem...ask your oral hygenist at the dentist office. They can give you good tips
Also use mouth wash for 30 seconds....even if it burns...dont spit it out!!!....
