In the year 3535
Ain't gonna need to tell the truth, tell no lies
Everything you think, do and say
Is in the pill you took today

In the year 4545
Ain't gonna need your teeth, won't need your eyes
You won't find a thing to chew
Nobody's gonna look at you

In the year 5555
Your arms hanging limp at your sides
Your legs got nothing to do
Some machine's doing that for you

In the year 6565
Ain't gonna need no husband, won't need no wife
You'll pick your son, pick your daughter too
From the bottom of a long glass tube, whoa-oh

In the year 7510
If God's a-comin' He oughta make it by then
Maybe He'll look around Himself and say
Guess it's time for the judgment day

In the year 8510
God is gonna shake His mighty head
He'll either say I'm pleased where man has been
Or tear it down and start again, whoa-oh

In the year 9595
I'm kinda wonderin' if man is gonna be alive
He's taken everything this old Earth can give
And he ain't put back nothin', whoa-oh

Now it's been ten thousand years
Man has cried a billion tears
For what he never knew
Now man's reign is through

But through eternal night
The twinkling of starlight
So very far away
Maybe it's only yesterday

In the year 2525
If man is still alive
If woman can survive, they may find

I don't get it...what are Americans suppose to adapt too? We are in the U S OF A. IF anyone needs to adapt its people who adopt this country as their own, first and foremost they need to stop flying their flags, they need to learn the language, and stop demanding right they don't have.
You obviously don't know your history, civics or geography. Go back to kindergarten.

When you live in an area where there are a lot of immigrants from Mexico - your thinking is a little different. I have no problem with other nationalities coming to America - only legally. If they work, support their families and don't live off the government - there's no problem. But some come here and expect the US to take care of them. We can't even take care of our own citizens. A lot of pregnant women come over just in time to have their babies, the babies automatically become citizens and guess who pays for all the medical that incurs from that birth. You got it - THE US!

This is our home and they're imposing their culture on it which changes our home. They can 'go back home' to find their culture. We don't want ours to disappear in our own home.

That is the short answer. Personally, I don't think that is much of an immigration issue except to the extent applied to illegals who have no right to be here at all. If we didn't make it a condition of those who legally entered, their culture, so long as they don't impose on others, is their own business. Changing home culture is a reason to keep numbers down. Clearly, since they don't want to change theirs even when they are in someone else's country, they would feel the same way if the shoe were on the other foot.

Mexicans don't have to adapt, they just need to return to where they feel at home.
Americans don't need to adapt, they are already at the point where they fit in.

Uh....'cause they are illegals breaking the laws that my forefathers created and I support? Or, should we just turn the other cheek and accept the fact that they are raping this country for all it's worth? How about we just send all of our criminals currently in prison to Mexico? Kinda like what Fidel did to us. Then we’ll sit back and watch the festivities!

Nobody is willing to look at this from anyone else's viewpoint. America owes Illegal immigrants nothing. Mexico would not turn the other cheek if I were to go there illegally . They would throw my *** in prison.

It works for me. I'll stay in my country and they can stay in theirs. Problem solved. This question makes me think of this, written by Mickey Mixon.

Dear President Bush,

I'm about to plan a little trip with my family and extended family, and I would like to ask you to assist me. I'm going to walk across the border from the U.S. into Mexico, and I need to make a few arrangements. I know you can help with this.

I plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, ports, immigration quotas and laws. I'm sure they handle those things the same way you do here.

So, would you mind telling your buddy, President Vicente Fox, that I'm on my way over? Please let him know that I will be expecting the following:

1. Free medical care for my entire family.

2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need, whether I use them or not.

3. All government forms need to be printed in English.

4. I want my kids to be taught by English-speaking teachers.

5. Schools need to include classes on American culture and history.

6. I want my kids to see the American flag flying on the top of the flag pole at their school with the Mexican flag flying lower down.

7. Please plan to feed my kids at school for both breakfast and lunch.

8. I will need a local Mexican driver's license so I can get easy access to government services.

9. I do not plan to have any car insurance, and I won't make any effort to learn local traffic laws.

10. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo from Pres. Fox to leave me alone, please be sure that all police officers speak English.

11. I plan to fly the U.S. flag from my house top, put flag decals on my car, and have a gigantic lebration on July 4th. I do not want any complaints or negative comments from the locals.

12. I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes, and don't enforce any labor laws or tax laws.

13. Please tell all the people in the country to be extremely nice and never say a critical word about me, or about the strain I might place on the economy.

14. I will send most of my earnings back to my relatives in the United States.

I know this is an easy request because we already do all these things for all the people who come to the U.S. from Mexico. I am sure that Pres. Fox won't mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely.

Thank you so much for your kind help.

Sure we can, in our respective countries. I get so sick of people who live here and say "Americans are so awful they do this they do that..." and yet.. these people are legal, so they too are American!! Further, if you don't like it here, why are you here?
