I always buy creams for my face and body, and never continue doing them. I might do it for 2 nights then stop for a while. help please

you should NEVER put creme on your face. use lotion instead. St. Ives over the counter. (collegen and elastin) i.ve been using this for about 15 years. i/m 69 years old and look 40!! and i'm proud.

Do it as part of a routine - i.e. straight after a bath or shower and it will soon become a habit.

Place it next to your tooth brush, that is if you brush your teeth every night. That way it will become a routine.
