Century 21 is amazing, although can be a cattle market sometimes. Woodbury Common is also excellent, but is about an hours bus ride away.
I understand that Jersey Gardens is worth a visit, as there's no tax on clothes there.

Hands down hit up 'Century 21' right across from the Trade Center on Broad Street. If you want discount designer clothes there's no better place to go.

It has to be Century 21 opposite the WTC site. It opens at 7.30 am most days and that's a great time to shop as you miss the crowds.

there are usually people advertising sample sales on the streets! A lot of designer denim ones and ones with Marc jacobs, etc.!
