They are knats and attracted to ripe fruit. You have to get rid of the fruit or put it in the fridge. You can put bananas in the fridge.

Sounds like friut flies. Their hard to get rid of. You'll have to spray bug spray, or they'll multiply. Leave your bananas in a cool place. Any fruit.

cut a 12oz. water or pop.plastic bottle off, about 3quarters of the way up. put a small piece of banana in it then turn the top upside down into the bottom ,tape it so it stays. throw lid away, fruit flies get in, but can't get out.your welcome !

they call them "fruit flies" and whenever fruit has been sitting out and has rippened to much or left exposed like a peeled banana or apple they come around. u just have to let them die off and don't leave any more fruit around until they have died. usually around a week or so

put the fruit in the fridge, dont leave any garbage lying around none whatso ever take it out twice a day. keep all food covered. and if all fails go at with bug spray.....

wash them when u get them home. dry them off and all should be fine. all fruit can get bugs in transit or in grocery so if u wash all fruit u wash off bugs and their eggs, works for me

Because they are rotten, eat them before they are rotten, quit leaving sour stuff at your house.
